Ran for "Masraheed" competition in 2008. A child has his own logic, it differs from that of an adult, he does not comprehend the meaning of a secret for example, and life for him is nothing more than a game that he takes part of. He has tremendous curiosity for what goes on behind closed doors, looking to reveal secrets which grown ups do not wish to expose… The hero of this play plays a different game, even though he is no longer a child. Throughout this imaginary game, he recalls stories and secrets that influenced him, perhaps similar or identical to ones we knew and lived through our childhood. The play shows the various hidden stories, secrets and subtleties we left behind, placing them in a tightly closed black box, and what might have occured if they had remained within us, without ever being released.
